Standard Bed and Breakfast Package.

Here at Sunnyside B&B we offer several catagories of room accommodation all of which are all en-suite. All rooms have as standard : Colour remote TV; Tea, Coffee, Kettle, Biscuits etc; Alarm Clock Radio; Heated Towel Rail; Hair Dryer; 110v/240v Electric Shaver points. Towels include: Bath sheet, Bath Towel, Hand Towel & Face Cloth and a selection of Soaps, Shampoo & Shower Caps.

This is a room package for a tighter budget! Save up to 15% off our standard advertised rate!
Its the same high standard  en-suite room as the Standard package with the same facilities except for: No Breakfast. No Towels. Ideal if you are on a tighter budget or just don't like to have a breakfast.

The term en-suite

An en-suite room has the following facilities within the main room and is not shared with anybody else: WC; Sink; Shower; Heated Towel Rail and 110v/240v Shaver point.
En-suite is not the same a  Private Facilities, which mean you have to leave your room to use the facilites. An en-suite room has everything you need inside your own room.
All our rooms are en-suite!

Family Accommodation.

Our large family room has a Video player and a selection of children’s video’s and is decorated in a manner to suit families. Having a Double bed and two Single beds, you won’t find Bunk beds, Sofa or pull out beds.
A novel idea is the privacy curtain. Put the kids to bed and the rest of the room is yours!
A cot is available on request.

We have the following rooms available:

 Double rooms :

From £25 to £33 per person per night.( seasonal pricing)

 Family room for 4

This room can be a  Double / Twin / Triple / Quad. It has 1 Double & 2 Single beds and can sleep 4.

Prices are from £25 to £33 per adult / night. Children under 16 half price. Children under 3 are free.( seasonal pricing)

 Family room for 3.

This room can be a Double / Twin / Triple room. It has 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed and can sleep 3

Prices are from £25 to £33 per Adult / night. Children under 16 half price. Children under 3 are free.( seasonal pricing)

Twin rooms.

 From £25 to £33 per person per night. ( seasonal pricing)

1 Budget Twin en-suite room

All usual facilities, but very small.

From £40 to £50 the room with breakfast.( seasonal pricing)

Single rooms.

From £30 to £40 per night. ( seasonal pricing)

All other rooms can be booked as a single at single person occupancy rate (SOR). Please enquire for the current rate.

There is a £5 pet surcharge payable once only for your stay.
